Michelle Mak Xin Ying
Mak Xin Ying, fondly known as Michelle, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Capital at the Malaysian Students' Global Alliance (MSGA). Her journey through the organization reflects a story of determination, adaptability, and leadership excellence.
Michelle began her tenure with MSGA as an Associate in the Advocacy & Research division. Recognized for her potential and versatility, she was later subcontracted to the Flagship Program division as an Associate. Her exceptional performance led to a special appointment by the Secretary General as an Associate in the Human Capital division—a role that became a defining moment in her MSGA career.
In her time with Human Capital, Michelle undertook the monumental task of reforming the division from the ground up, transforming it into an efficient and dynamic pillar of MSGA. Her dedication to improving the structure and processes of Human Capital has earned her the remarkable appointment as Vice President, where she will now report directly to the EXCO and President.
