Surendra Louis Dupuis
Surendra Louis Dupis, known as Suren, is the Vice President of Advocacy & Youth Development at the Malaysian Students' Global Alliance (MSGA). A seasoned expert in advocacy and policy-making, Suren has been a cornerstone of MSGA’s efforts to champion student rights and amplify the voices of Malaysian students globally.
Suren’s remarkable tenure began with his role as Senior Vice President of Advocacy & Research, a position he held for two consecutive terms. During this time, he spearheaded several high-impact initiatives, including MSGA’s pivotal involvement in the Undi18 campaign, where he led efforts to mobilize Malaysian students abroad to return home and vote during the historic 2018 General Elections.
Now as Vice President of Advocacy & Youth Development, Suren brings his wealth of experience and passion for advocacy to the forefront. His strong leadership in policy-making and unwavering commitment to student welfare position him as an influential voice within MSGA.
Suren’s vision for the Advocacy & Youth Development division is to empower the next generation of Malaysian students through strategic initiatives and robust support systems.
